Terms and Conditions

  • Online registration through website is mandatory to attend the event .
  • Online payment platform charges shall attract transaction processing fees on the total payable amount which will reflect on the payment page .

Cancellation & Refund Policies

  • All cancellation requests will be addressed via the official email id hence it is mandatory to send all requests to us at koacon25@gmail.com
  • Cancellations received until 31st August 2025: 50% Refund.
  • Cancellation received after 31st August 2025: No Refund.
  • Refunds will be processed after 30 days of completion of the event.
