Upon registering, participants acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth by the event organizers.

Terms and Conditions

Online registration through website is mandatory to attend the event.
Online payment platform charges shall attract transaction processing fees on the total payable amount which will reflect on the payment page.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

All cancellation requests will be addressed via the official email id; hence it is mandatory to send all requests to us at koacon25@gmail.com .
Cancellations received until 31st August 2025: 50% Refund.
Cancellation received after 31st August 2025: No Refund.
Refunds will be processed after 30 days of completion of the event.
